Organic Butterfly Pea Tea

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) of hot or cold Water

Organic Butterfly Pea Tea

Optional: Honey, lemon or sugar to sweeten

Instructions

1. Use 2-3 flowers per 250 ml of tea (gradually add more flowers for a stronger flavor).

2. Pour water directly on the dried flowers inside the cup. Use a tea infuser as an option.

3. Steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tea infuser or dried flowers.

4. Add honey, lemon or sugar to sweeten as an option
