Microgreens are considered a superfood that can be used as a nutrition supplement, a garnish, or a flavor and texture enhancer to any meal.  The organically grown microgreens are baby plants, approximately 1–3 inches tall, and usually provide higher nutrient levels than mature vegetable greens.
